Managing and scheduling patient appointments can be challenging. Doc-Calling’s graphical scheduling board allows office managers to instantly view and modify patient’s schedules and monitor scheduling status (cancelled, rescheduled, ..), via a real-time, color-coded, drag and drop. Unlike traditional scheduling applications, DocCalling Patient Scheduler automatically considers all of the factors into account when scheduling a patient and setting-up an appointment reminder call such as days before appointment reminder call, time to call, .. etc.

DocCalling Patient Scheduler & Appointment Reminder enables you to easily define outbound appointment reminder calling rules to ensure that your practice's goals and policies are taken into account every time an appointment reminder call is made by the system.

Setting Days Before & Time to Call
Using only two steps you can set this option by a simple point and click.

First, define days before to call. Simply, point and click to select how many days before the scheduled appointment, the reminder calls be made by the system for a given physician.

Second, check the time when the system should start making appointment reminder calls.

Now, click on "Process .."
button. Bravo!!, you are done setting up days before and time to call.

Setting Data File Import Filters
The "Data File Import" feature allows you to import (read) data file produced by an existing scheduler software used in your practice. However, you can always use the DocCalling's build-in visual drag-and-drop patient scheduler. To import a data file simply follow the two steps described below:

First, Select the "Drive" followed by "Directory" by a simple point and click.

Second, point and click the "File Type".

Now, click on "Assign .." button. Bravo!!, you are done setting up data file filter.

Setting Number of Telephone Lines
This option enables you to define the number of telephone lines the system will make use of when making appointment reminder calls. Simply point and click and select the desired number of lines needed. Dialogic Proline/2V and Dialogic/4 supports 2 and 4 simultaneous analog lines. Click on "Assign .." button and you are all done setting number of lines to be used.
